Finance Co-Leader

Joshua is an experienced global leader, delivering data driven, forward-looking insights to support long-term business strategy, with a proven track record for improving business processes and returns.

Over the past 17 years with UPS, Joshua has led teams across multiple businesses and functions, driving business and process innovation within the Global Supply Chain Business Unit, supporting Healthcare, Retail, High Tech and Time-Critical Transportation segments.  Joshua played a key role in developing the Global Supply Chain long-range strategy, including revenue growth, capital allocation and profit / return improvement, aiding the team to secure a business unit record in allocated capital.  In his current role, Joshua supports the organization’s acquisition strategy, integrating key healthcare subsidiaries with oversight of synergy generation and a concentration in technology integration and streamlined accounting processes.

As a Finance Leader, Joshua leads global teams in redesigning processes, improving business connectivity with financial impacts, resulting in improved visibility, accountability and business unit record financial performance.

While leading the Global Supply Chain unit, he developed and led a financial workshop, targeted toward front-line operating partners, to improve financial decision making at the operation level to drive growth, profit and return on invested capital.

In addition, Joshua has a passion for supporting youth development through community programs, including Junior Achievement, coaching youth sports and leading children’s ministry at his local church.

Joshua is a proud husband and father of two. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a BS in Finance and MBA in Entrepreneurship.
