Gina Justice, Head of HR, is a strategic HR operations leader with deep expertise in global HR strategy, organizational transformation and talent development within the supply chain and logistics industry. She has a proven track record of building and scaling global HR organizations, navigating rapid growth and leading teams through mergers, acquisitions and private equity transitions.

As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, Gina implements people-centric strategies that drive business success while ensuring compliance with federal and international labor regulations. She is known for fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and collaboration, uniting global teams to achieve common goals.

Gina brings 15 years of experience from MNX, where she held key leadership roles including Chief of Staff, HR Director, and VP, HR. She holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brigham Young University, Hawaii.
