Vice President, Legal Affairs​

Eric Martinson serves as Vice President, Legal Affairs at Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, bringing extensive legal experience in the life sciences industry.

Prior to joining Marken, Eric was a senior member of the legal team at a large, multinational contract research organization, where he was trusted with providing guidance related to nearly every aspect of global clinical trials. His career began as an associate in a boutique litigation firm, where he represented the interests of professionals, businesses, and governmental organizations. Before going into law, he was honored to serve as a soldier in the United States Army, twice deploying to Iraq.

Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology-Criminology from the University of Oklahoma.
