Chief Operating Officer, Marken

Doaa Fathallah has over two decades of specialized healthcare logistics and pharmaceutical experience, including serving as Marken’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer since 2011 as well as leading Marken’s Patient-Centric Services Division and Polar Speed. As Chief Operating Officer for Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, Doaa leads Marken’s Sales, Business Strategy, Information Technology Strategy and Business Analytics, including regional operations (NORAM, LATAM, EU and APAC), Advanced Therapies and Patient Centric Services.

Prior to joining Marken, Doaa served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Patheon, as well as Vice President, General Counsel – Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. Doaa began her career as an associate at Foley & Lardner and later at Paul Hastings in Los Angeles.

Doaa Fathallah holds a Juris Doctorate from the Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Marketing and Management from the Marshall School of Business, respectively, at the University of Southern California.
